Early Explorers Pre School is based at Mile Oak Community Centre in North Portslade and offers morning, afternoon and full day sessions during term-time. Early Explorers benefits from being led by a qualified Teacher and a staff team with a wealth of qualifications and experience.

 

Early Explorers is a spacious setting and we strongly believe that children should be offered access to outside play and learning throughout a session. Three outside areas allow children to explore an outdoor classroom, large physical play area and a large garden.

The garden is deliberately kept natural and is the base for our daily forest school sessions. The large physical play area has plenty of space for trikes, scooters and is also equipped with a variety of crates, tyres and planks for children to build their own obstacle courses, train or pirate ships - allowing children to take risks in a safe environment. In contrast the outdoor classroom is a quiet area, allowing children to investigate water play, construction activities and explorations.

 

We are open Tuesday to Friday each week, and offer an early start from 8am each morning.
